Amendment Four

A- A law enforcement officer who had sworn by it.

E- Early court decisions limited officers physical intrusion onto private property.

N- Not everyone was supportive of the Fourth Amendment.

D- Don’t come in without a warrant.

E-  Every law enforcement officer was affected by the fourth Amendment.

N- No persons property can be seized without a warrant.

T- The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by government.

F- For police to be able to search your property they must have a warrant.

O- On December 15, 1791 the necessary three quarters of the states rafted it.

U- united States constitution requires and warrant to have probable cause.

R- Rights of people to be secure in there houses, papers, and effects.
